Fitness Workshop 2/1, Lower Belt Test 2/8
February's an exciting time at the Atlantic Avenue Studio, so let's get to it:
Saturday, February 1, 1:30p–2:30p our new Fitness Workshop. Open to all students, bring your own pair of sub-five-pound dumbbells. We'll be doing a set of workouts for wellness that will also benefit our martial arts practice.
Saturday, February 8, during the noon Tae Kwon Do class we'll be having our Fall Semester Promotion Test. Come and bear witness to all the students taking their next steps in the art.
